Fair Use Policy
For all 1 cent calls, a “Fair Use Policy” ensures that we can provide the best experience for all of our customers.
Fair use means that excessive, abusive and/or fraudulent use of our services is prohibited and we reserve the right to limit our 1 cent/call offers if such usage is suspected.
Voipian reserves the right to modify the Fair Use Policy from time to time.
Excessive Use
To provide the best experience for all of our customers, Voipian resevers the right to limit the number of calls, duration of calls and/or amount of minutes per account to prevent excessive usage on its network. Voipian may charge the regular rate for calls if excessive usage is detected.
Unreasonable and fraudulent Use
Voipian reserves the right to exclude users from using its service, when unreasonable and/or fraudulent usage is suspected or monitored.
