Why is my connection constantly ended?

The connection quality is poor

Voipian uses state of the art VoIP technology to provide the best experience for all or our customers. If you experience a poor connection quality, please make sure that you and the other party are running the latest version of the free Voipian software and check your audio equipment and system settings. If you still experience a poor connection quality, please contact our customer service.

The call is not connected

Voipian uses state of the art VoIP technology to provide the best experience for all or our customers. However, not all international telephone carriers share these quality guidelines and certain international destinations may temporarily unreachable. Please try again later, since these errors are not in our hands.

The person I want to call cannot hear me.

Please make sure your microphone or headset is connected and working. Check your system settings if your microphone settings are correct. You can also try to change the microphone volume within the Voipian software.

How do I configure my Firewall to work with Voipian?

If you experience problems when using Voipian along your firewall software program, please make sure that Voipian is added as “trusted” application. Please see your firewall software manual for the required steps to add Voipian to the list of applications.
