When do I receive my credits after topping up my account?

Usually this only takes a couple of minutes while our system adds the credits to your account. Please contact customer service, if you did not receive your credits after five minutes.

I forgot my password. Where can I restore it?

I registered with Voipian but didn’t receive a confirmation email

Please make sure that e-mails from our website Voipian are not marked as SPAM in your email inbox. Check your SPAM folder for the confirmation email or register again if you did not receive the confirmation.

What payment methods are available?

We currently offer payment through all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and several local payment options. We are constantly adding new and local payment options, please check back often to see if we offer additional payment methods.

How long is my credit valid? Will it expire?

If you buy credit for Voipian, there is no expiration date. You can use your credit whenever you like.

Do I have to pay any additional charges?

No, all rates displayed are final and there are no additional charges. Voipian does not charge you any monthly fees, setup fees or connection fees.

How much does it cost to make calls?

Calling your friends within the Voipian network are always completely FREE! Calls made to all other destinations can be made at very cheap rates listed here. All rates are calculated in Eurocent and rounded up to the next minute.
Remember: Voipian requires no setup fees, no monthly fees and charges no connection fees!

Do you offer Voipian in my language?

We constantly work on offering our service in additional languages. Our free Voipian software is currently available in 9 major languages (including English, German, French, Italian and Spanish). Please check back frequently to see if we added new languages or contact our customer service to suggest a new language.

Can I sign up as a company?

Yes, you can sign up as a company. Please note, that the same Terms and rules apply for business and private customers.

What is the “Fair Use Policy”?

For all 1 cent calls, a “Fair Use Policy” ensures that we can provide the best experience for all of our customers. Fair use means that excessive, abusive and/or fraudulent use of our services is prohibited and we reserve the right to limit our 1 cent/call offer if such usage is suspected.
